Exchanges: Unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@housedoublej.com with a photo of the damage. We will make it right.
Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send the correct item immediately.
